Ms. Brown-Mack is an Academic Advisor in the College of Health at Daytona State College. She believes Mediation is one of the most rewarding and empowering services available to the community. She also mentors college and elementary school students. Melissa serves as a volunteer mediator in Volusia County

became certified as a mediator in 2012. . He has a degree in Business Administration from University of Mississippi, a master’s degree from Boston University and theological training from Gordon Conwell School of Theology. He served in the USAF for 28 years and retired as a Colonel.
He has served on the board of KAIROS-HORIZON Prison Ministry, Military Officers Association of West Volusia County and is an Elder in his church.
He is a pilot and US Sailing Assn certified keel boat sailor.
He and his wife serve together as county court mediators.
