Honorable David Beck, Chairman, has served on the Board of Director since 2004. Judge Beck had a privite Mediator service before being appointed to the County Court Bench from which he has recently retired. Judge Beck believes it is important and necessary work and wants to contribute in any way possible to help people settle their disputes without having to go through the courts.
Donald Needham, Vice Chair, is a County Mediator and serves on several board including the United Way of Volusia and Flagler County, Volusia- Flagler YMCA and Rotary International. He is a retired Naval Pilot and an Ordained Minister
Melissa Brown-Mack, Treasurer, is an Academic Advisor in the College of Health at Daytona State College. She believes this is one of the most rewarding and empowering services available to the community. She also mentors college and elementary school students. Melissa serves as a volunteer mediator in Volusia County.
Linda Kalaydjian, Director, has served on the Board of Directors since 2003. She has a Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement background and is a Certified Family Mediator in private practice. She continues to serve in order to promote the role of mediation in everyone's lives.
Eric Doten, Director, is a County Mediator in St Johns County. An aviation consultant, he is a retired Air Force aviator and past Chancellor of the Daytona Campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a strong supporter of the mediation process, and helped to establish the St Johns county initiate a citizen's dispute resolution program.
Carol Lynn Bari, Director and Mediator Representative, has served on several boards including the North Miami Beach Mayor's Advisory Board for women and families, the National Association of Commissions for Women and the Halifax Plantation Homeowners' Association. Ms. Bari serves as a volunteer mediator in Volusia County.
