Mrs. Cook is an entrepreneur and business owner. She has earned Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Education, and Masters level education experience in Theater Management. Ms. Cook has served on the Board of a large manufacturer, as a Board Director on the Athens Theater in Deland,and has been mediating for CCMS for 11 years.
Mr. Needham is a graduate of the Naval Justice School, has earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, was a US Navy Pilot, and has been mediating for CCMS for 19 years.
Mrs. Brown-Mack is an Academic Advisor in the College of Health at Daytona State College, She believes Mediation is one of the most rewarding and empowering services available to the community. Melissa also mentors college and elementary school students, and has served as a volunteer Mediator for CCMS for 15 years.
Mrs. Woodin has earned her undergrad in Psychology, is currently working on her Masters in legal Studies, and has served as a volunteer Mediator for CCMS for 3 years.
Honorable Judge Bryan Feigenbaum
Mr. Feigenbaum was appointed to the bench in 2010. Before becoming a judge, he was an assistant state attorney for the Office of the State Attorney, Seventh Judicial Circuit. Judge Feigenbaum earned an undergraduate degree from Davidson College and juris doctor from the University of Florida. He currently hears criminal cases and presides over The Judge David B. Beck Veterans Court at the Volusia County Courthouse Annex at City Island in Daytona Beach
Mr. Barker retired from NAM as a Fed. level Cert Lobbyist, he was TQM manager Ford Motor Co, earned a B.A from Michigan State, was a Daytona State College Faculty member, is a member of the Volusia Co. Daytona Beach Personnel Board, and has been mediating for CCMS for the past 24 years.
