Carol Lynn Bari
Ms. Bari has served on the National Commission on Status of Women Board of Directors, Halifax plantation Phase One Homeowners Association Vice-President, served on the CCMS Board of Director, and has been a mediator for CCMS for 13 years.
Ms. Burroughs is a registered Nurse, has earned a MA in Public Administration, volunteers with local organizations, and has served a mediator for CCMS for 9 years.

Mr. Carroll has earned degrees in microbiology, library science, medical technology, and an advanced degree in law, as well as over thirty years of business experience. Mr. Carroll has served as a CCMS mediator for 5 years, and in 2017 was named CCMS Volunteer of Year.

Mr.. Smith has 27 years with Federal & State Law Enforcement, for 11 years he managed the Flagler County Guardian ad Litem Program for abused and neglected children and has been a CCMS Mediator in Flagler and Volusia Counties for the past 9 years.

Mr. Winter earned his B.S from the University of Mississippi, his Master's from Boston University, and theological training from Gordon Conwell School of Theology. Mr. Winter served in the USAF for 28 years, and retired as a Colonel. He has been mediating for CCMS for 7 years.
Mr. Napper is retired and has experience in Labor Relations, mergers, and Acquisitions. Bill earned a B.A in Economics, and an M.B.A from Wharton School, and has been a mediator for CCMS for 16 years.
Stephen Woodin, Sr.
Mr.Woodin has mediates in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 13th county circuits. Mr. Woodin has been a professional adult education trainer since 1989 and a master instructor-trainer since 1994. He is an assistant mediator trainer and has served as a CCMS mediator for the past 10 years. In 2017 he was the recipient of the "Presidents Volunteer Service Award".
