Stephen Woodin, Sr.
Mr. Woodin has been a mediator since 2006. He has additional mediator training to handle foreclosures, Home Owners Associations (HOA), Family mediations, and specializes in mediating evictions. He is an assistant mediator trainer.

Michelle Woodin 
Florida Supreme Court certified County and Family mediator. Michelle is a director at the Flagler Mediation Center and has been a CCMS volunteer since 2016. 

Michelle's undergraduate work in psychology was at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, and Ashford University in San Diego, California. She is working on completing her Masters in Legal Studies from Pepperdine University.
James Winter 
became certified as a mediator in 2012. . He has a degree in Business Administration from University of Mississippi, a master’s degree from Boston University and theological training from Gordon Conwell School of Theology. He served in the USAF for 28 years and retired as a Colonel. 
 He has served on the board of KAIROS-HORIZON Prison Ministry, Military Officers Association of West Volusia County and is an Elder in his church.
He is a pilot and US Sailing Assn certified keel boat sailor.
He and his wife serve together as county court mediators.
